HR Generalist


Our client in Richmond Hill, ON is looking for aN HR Generalist to join their team. Must have experience within a manufacturing environment.


HR Generalist Responsibilities:


-Leading and Supporting the HRBP Manager with fostering a culture of positive employee relations and engagement. Supporting investigations, issue resolution, corrective actions, and coaching/guiding of managers/employees in regards to policies / procedures interpretation, central contact for local employee communications. Participating in Employee roundtables, and quarterly operational update meetings.

-performance calibration sessions (hourly/salary), and reporting and tracking of performance management / talent data.

-Supporting learning and development initiatives and facilitate roll-out of various HR training programs.

-Partnering with HR COE’s to ensure our HR policies and programs are meeting the local needs of our client groups.

-Partnering with Hiring Managers to ensure we are adhering to our recruitment process.


HR Generalist Qualifications:

-Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HR Management or a related field

-Experience within Manufacturing, Supply Chain / R&D environments preferred

-Post-Secondary/HR Diploma/Certificate required

-CHRP/CHRL preferred
