  • Perform routine activities within the Human Resources department to support major processes, such as: compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, health and safety, legal compliance, and employee communications and global job evaluation.
  • Provides information to employees and managers regarding routine questions and issues.
  • Gathers and compiles data to support compliance efforts, such as: legal requirements, health and safety, and other areas.
  • Participates in compensation and benefits process by gathering information, preparing paperwork, and other activities to support the process.
  • Conducts and coordinates delivery of training courses, utilizing both internal and external resources to provide tools to meet needs.


  • Minimum of two years of related Human Resources Administrative experience.
  • A diploma in Human Resources; an undergraduate degree in Human Resources is considered an asset.
  • Technical Skills and Knowledge is required.
  • Possesses a general understanding of HR principles and procedures in areas, such as: employee/labour relations, compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, health and safety, employee communications, and legal and corporate compliance.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) Must be listed on resume, and applicants may be tested.
