Adecco is currently searching for an HR Analyst for a 12-Month contract with possibility of extension/permeance, with our Crown Corporation Client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it. The opportunity will be remote for the duration, with possibility to return on site depending on COVID situation.

The HR Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
-Plans and prepares corporate, regional and business area employment equity reporting for various employee groups using statistical forecasting model;
-analyzes actual attrition as compared to forecasted attrition; 
-identifies variances and makes appropriate adjustments to attrition forecasts; 
-Develops automated Excel spreadsheets to capture complex workforce data;
-Co-ordinates the collection of internal equity data from business areas related to underrepresented groups; evaluates information according to established criteria to determine targets as relating to Canadian Labour Market Availability (CLMA);
-Prepare analysis, results and recommendations in narrative and technical format for subject-matter experts and non-technical audiences;
-Research, analyze and develop strategies, frameworks, standards, directives, development plans and portfolio performance indicators;
-Review current procedures and build in capacity for the future, such as improving efficiency, automating data where possible, creating new opportunities with the current or possible data points, etc.

The HR Analyst must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
-3 to 5 years of experience producing reports, aggregation of data, and visualization models;
-3+ years of experience with SAP and Tableau or other data reporting tools;
-Advanced skills in Excel, MS Projects and Sharepoint;
-Experience in using dashboard tools, Power BI, automation macros, would all be considered an asset;
-Fluent Bilingualism in French would be considered an asset.
