Adecco is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist for a 3-month contract with a possibility of extension. Our Crown Corporation Client is located in Iqaluit, NU. The selected candidate must hold a valid Reliability level security clearance or be eligible for one.

The Human Resources Generalist will have the following responsibilities:
-Support in activities related to the recruitment and development of the team members;
-Provide insight and support to the employee engagement team;
-Maintain and support interpersonal relationships through external and internal parties;
-Provide direct support to the human resources manager;
-Base ability to create HR documents and survey documents as required;
-Conduct research and analysis to gain insight on current program project process and potential improvements.

The Human Resources Generalist must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-A university degree in Human resources, Business or a related field;
-1+ years of experience working in Human Resources roles;
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately;
-Ability to handle sensitive information and concerns with discretion and tact;
-Working proficiency with the Microsoft tool Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Experience working in talent acquisition would be considered an asset;
-Experience working with SuccessFactors/SAP would be considered an asset.
