Human Resources Generalist, Edmonton AB:

Adecco is currently recruiting for a temporary, full-time Human Resources Generalist in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Detail – orientation
  • Willingness to Learn
  • Strong Computer skills with a typing speed of 40 WPM minimum 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Human Resources environment (prefer 3 years experience)
  • 6 months Recruitment experience
  • 6 months Employee and Labour Relations experience
  • Possesses a Human Resources diploma or undergraduate degree
  • Possesses a Class 5 Driver’s License (work location is not accessible via public transit)

The role:

  • Utilizing Kronos for payroll and Talent Centre
  • Utilizing payroll system for internal inquires
  • The company works in a collaborative environment; the successful candidate must be a team-player
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal employees in a fast-paced environment
