Our client located in Woodbridge is a leader in the HVAC industry, and is looking for a Counter Associate. This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and with a salary of 40,000-50,000 based on experience.

The Counter Associate will:
Provide in store customer assistance providing our client's customers, with excellent service in getting the right product for the job and sharing their knowledge
Orders products, arranges delivery, contacts customers regarding delivery and updates customers on order status. 
Acts as liaison between warehouse supervisor and customers. 
Ensures purchase orders are completed. Pulls orders as required Handle telephone inquiries ensures counters are properly stocked.
Look after customer disputes/complaints.
Quote special order items.

Job Requirements
Fully experienced and knowledgeable with regards to exhaust fans, blowers and other HVAC products. Must have strong customer service skills and able to serve contractors, installers and the general public.
Ability to work well with other coworkers, supervisors and management in a busy work environment. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 10kgs/20lbs.
