Adecco is currently hiring a permanent, full-time Implementation Manager in Markham, ON to work for our client, in a start up division for Service Robots within an established company. In this role, you will play a vital role in support of the entire Technology division to monitor changes in the market and recommend strategic adjustments to goals and plans accordingly.

As part of an energetic growing team, you will focus on building a customer support team and managing large technical projects and work with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while helping with new roadmaps and rollouts. If you are interested in identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining, as well as contributing to the overall success of the new Technology Customer Service team, this job is for you!


  • Work with Sales to ensure the division has proper client requirements and Customer Service supports.
  • Build trust and work closely with the Business Development Manager, Customer Service, and Sales to position Technology services appropriately and identify future customer needs and technical adaptations of products, warrantees, and services.
  • Manage, train, and motivate, inside sales support personnel to achieve set targets and meet warranty upselling goals.
  • Identify current and future requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential / actual customers to expand product reach and increase warranty purchases.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to research, review, and purchase capital investments to ensure optimum equipment inventory requirements to facilitate current and future production demands are met.
  • Periodically travel and participate in trade shows and sales presentations as required.
  • Full accountability for the successes and failures of Operations, which includes a strong command of the implementation team (project management, product knowledge, production, logistics, inside sales, and customer service).
  • Provide executives with monthly reports on cost-saving measures, inside sales, and resource planning.
  • Set team and individual key performance indicators (KPIs) or success metrics to aspire for and allow the business to scale-up.
  • Work with HR on hiring, training, employee relations, performance reviews, and employee incentives.
  • Represent the company in meetings with key external clients and suppliers.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, economics, or similar educational background.
  • 5 years minimum related experience with business analysis, implementation, and customer service management expertise.
  • Previous people management experience and experience working with external customers is essential.
  • Strategic thinker with the proven ability to identify opportunities, formulate supporting business cases and gain support from stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to understand and explore business needs related to our customer’s workflow, internal sales, customer service, budget forecasting and planning.
  • Experience gathering business and technical requirements from current and potential customers to define and manage detailed project plans.
  • Experience building customer relationships based on trust and commitment with proven ability to upsell and meet targets.
  • Clear ability to convey a concept to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills combined with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, with well organized and disciplined work habits and demonstrated capability for problem solving.
  • Must be able and willing and able to travel periodically for businesses purposes as well as attend tradeshows, as needed.
  • Proven track record for mentoring and coaching direct reports to achieve departmental goals.
  • Technologically savvy excelling at Microsoft Office Suite.
