Adecco is currently hiring for an Implementation Support Specialist in London, ON. As the liaison between clients and Adecco colleagues, this role provides support and guidance throughout the implementation phase of a new contract including coordinating the effective integration of our staffing solutions including service delivery, compliance and documentation requirements. This role is part of the national operations team and will work to ensure a positive client experience while ensuring Adecco colleagues have the information, documentation and guidance required to deliver WOW throughout and after the implementation of a new contract.

We are looking for a candidate who really understands how our staffing business works including service delivery, operational processes and reporting. We are seeking a superstar when it comes to customer service, communication and relationship building who can also master the finer aspects of this role; organization, follow up, attention to detail and meeting deadlines while managing multiple tasks. The ability to take initiative, problem solve and remain flexible and adaptable to changing business needs round out the skill set required to be successful in this role.

Implementation Support Specialist Responsibilities:


Provides client implementation support for transactional and national accounts, coordinating client discovery and follow up sessions.
Works closely with field colleagues and senior management to ensure the client experience is positive. Ensures that items such as on-site binders, roll out materials and appropriate documentation are accurate and complete within the implementation timeframe.
Assists with the development, rollout and maintenance of relevant recruitment plans, handbooks and written procedures for temporary associates, candidate resources and contractors for each implementation project, as well as the creation of process flows, support materials and after care guides for more complex clients.
Maintains a positive business relationship with external clients and internal Adecco colleagues, and endeavors to increase revenue opportunities and colleague experience/engagement, through exceptional customer service.
Creates and produces scheduled and ad hoc Business Intelligence reporting as requested by clients and Adecco colleagues.




Implementation Support Specialist Requirements:

A minimum of three (3) years related work experience in a service industry, preferably in a staffing and recruitment environment or client service support.
Understanding of payroll and billing procedures, operational/quality standards and provincial legislation.
Proficient in Microsoft applications with knowledge of third-party staffing vendor tools.
