Adecco is hiring for a contract Inbound Contact Centre Representative-Entry level job in Markham, ON to join our banking client's credit card service department. The purpose of this role is to support the processing team on customer service, data entry and taking call inquiries. A successful candidate must have at least one year of experience working in call centre. The pay rate for this role is $16-$20 per hour depends on years of experience.

Contact Centre Representative Jobs Responsibilities:

- Taking calls in and out to answer inquiries and verifying information on credit card application

- Understand requirements, investigate, meet Service Level Agreement and effectively communicate recommendations

- Work effectively with credit and income department to provide accurate, complete and timely processing of funding document

- Support the continued enhancement and evolution of the Operations Team through transparent communication

- Analyze data and distill the data into information that can be shared

Call Centre Representative Jobs Qualifications:

- At least one year of experience working in call centre environment

- Ability to work in fast paced environment, so ability to work well under pressure

_ Will handle initial questions from customers re: their insurance

- Ability to navigate through multiple systems and software programs

- Strong oral and written communications skills are essential

- Should be resourceful, have strong organizational skills and work successfully with minimal supervision in a fast paced, high volume environment

- Must possess the ability to multitask; will work effectively with manager and team

- Should be conscientious and detail oriented to mitigate any risk to the bank

- Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office required

- Trilingual or Bilingual candidates - either Mandarin and or Cantonese or French an asset
