Adecco is currently recruiting for a Incident Manager for a contract with our Client in Chalk River, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it. 
The Incident Manager will have the following responsibilities: 
•Review existing incident and problem management processes within the Business Administration group, which includes Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Management and Technology, and other administrative support groups; 
•Establishment of incidents triage, classification, escalation requirements and timelines; 
•Communication requirements and audiences (functional audiences, such as HR, IT, etc.; management audiences: when is each management notified? Involved for decisions?; process or service users; etc.) for each level and type of incident/ event/ problem; 
•Documentation required to support the process, including procedures, communication templates, training material; 
•Lead project plan with high level tasks and timeline; 
•Manage procedures to receive and triage incidents; 
•Supervise procedures to transform incidents into requests, or problems; 
•Manage procedures to communicate incidents; 
•Edit templates; 
•Conduct procedures to escalate incidents or problems; 
•Give instructions to staff involved in the different incident/ problem resolution process (from frontline intake to back office support staff). 
  
The Incident Manager must meet the following mandatory requirements: 
•Relevant Certificate, Degree, or Diploma; 
•5+ years of experience creating documentation and supporting proceses for incidient occurances.
