Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Industrial Administrator to work at one of the world’s largest commercial biorefineries in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you will handle data collection and reporting for departmental KPIs, document management, coordination of employee safety and non-safety courses and re-certifications, organizing departmental meetings, performing various clerical tasks and managing a site-specific webpage for on-site personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and manage a site-specific webpage on SharePoint, providing document management links and ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible for on-site personnel
Collect and report data related to departmental KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Organize and maintain documents, ensuring efficient and secure storage and retrieval of information
Track and book safety/non-safety courses and re-certifications for site employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
Coordinate departmental meetings, schedule and send out meeting invitations, record meeting minutes, and track action items
Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, scanning, uploading, and preparing/distributing hard copy files as required
Requirements and Qualifications:
Completion of a post-secondary program focused on general business or office administration
Minimum two years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment
Proficiency in SharePoint administration, including site creation, maintenance, and document management
Excellent filing and document management skills with high levels of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. General computer and typing skills are required
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
