Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Infrastructure Project Manager, to work a long-term contract at a well-established integrated oil and natural gas company, in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, or any other non-IS-based project. If you have a PMI or PMP certification, and more than 10 years of experience in a similar role, then this job is yours!

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients
  • Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate employee performance
  • Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demands in order to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred
  • PMI or PMP certification is a must
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role is required
  • Advanced knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
  • Advanced knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods
  • Advanced user of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
