Adecco is currently hiring for an Inside Sales Consultant in downtown Toronto. To be considered for this Inside Sales Consultant position the successful candidate needs to have 1 to 2 years of Inside Sales experience.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Sales Team and Senior Executives to help generate sales and develop new business along with servicing and managing our client’s existing client base. Our client’s unique approach helps us effectively and efficiently build brands and launch products on behalf of their own clients. Products include Mutual Funds, ETFs, Equities, Bonds, IPOs, and Structured Products.

Our client is offering a generous compensation package including a base salary of $50,000, a quarterly bonus structure, along with standard vacation and benefits.

Inside Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

Strong stakeholder management skills by ascertaining prospect / client’s needs, addressing all issues and the ability to identify and pursue suitable targets for initial complimentary trial periods.
In addition to hunting prospects, ability to identify and consult with prospects and existing clients, the services that would best suit their needs.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of various financial products (Mutual Funds, ETFs, IPOs, Structured Products).
Updating daily call activities and maintaining accurate records in client’s database.
Responsible for order entry, invoicing/billing, payment for subscriptions and aftercare and account management once subscription has been purchased.
Expected to attend external events to promote our client’s services. These may take place outside normal working hours.

Inside Sales Consultant Mandatory Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of customer service-based solutions selling within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close.
High energy, hunter personality, with experience developing business through cold calling, email and other forms of networking / engaging with C-Level prospects and clients.
Weekly reporting to senior management.
Manage existing accounts with monthly touch-points, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal.
Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills.
Highly proficient computer skills including working with CRM Systems.
