Adecco is currently looking for a temporary to permanent Inside Sales Coordinator position at our Client located in Navan, ON. The ideal Inside Sales Coordinator should be sales-minded, motivated by learning and career growth and able provide excellent customer service within an electrical IT organization. Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Coordinator include:
- Prospecting and networking by making phone calls to prospective clients and qualifying any leads
- Educating both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and benefits
- Providing pricing and product guidance to clients / customers based on their individual needs
- Conducting follow-up calls with customers to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Purchasing manager in the design and creation of communication tools, processes, and advertisements.
- Helping build and manage the company social media profiles and presence.
- Creating shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
- Managing Event Coordination to secure logistics (venue, location, promotional products, etc.) for any upcoming events involving the company.

- 1-3 years of professional work experience in the areas of Marketing, Communications, Sales, Account Management, Administration, or HR.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to absorb, synthesize and retain information quickly; learn new skills, software and competencies.
- Must be thorough and detail oriented: in your cover letter, applicants must tell us what their favorite chocolate bar is.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with external customers and clients
- University Degree or College Diploma. A Major or focus in the areas Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
- Candidate must possess and maintain a valid passport and police record check / vulnerable sector check

- An active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with an understanding of each network and their best practices
- Past knowledge or working experience with customer relationship management systems such as MS Dynamics CRM or Salesforce
