Adecco Engineering & Technology Recruitment is currently searching for an Inside Sales Coordinator for our client, a leader in their sector, to support operations onsite in Waterloo, Ontario and join their dynamic team. The role is primarily responsible for processing and expediting customer orders.  The ideal applicant would have prior Inside Sales and Customer Service experience with good excel skills, be self-motivated, hold attention to detail, and able to successfully balance multiple tasks and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS - Inside Sales Coordinator

- 2+ years of prior inside sales, order management, or customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial office setting 
- Post-Secondary education in business or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills 
- Experience with ERP systems is a strong asset – ideally SAP
- Available for full time, onsite office work in Waterloo
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, goal oriented, and well organized individual who is comfortable working
independently and who can handle and drive multiple deadline projects simultaneously
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and be a team player
- Proven ability to work independently

RESPONSIBILITIES - Inside Sales Coordinator

- Enter and process orders, and make adjustments per customer requests; work
with other departments to ensure changes are made and that customer deadlines are met
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries, provide quotes and order status questions
- Ensure accuracy of orders and quotes 
- Issue PO’s and follow up on returns
- Monitor order desk emails, and clearly communicate issues and work toward resolution 
- Research and resolve customer billing issues in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs and supplying pricing when completed
- Document accounts, update contracts in SAP, and ensure follow up and relationship building is effective
- Effectively work with sales on all matters to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide support in project work, other special requests and duties as assigned
