Inside Sales Representative - Hollow Steel

Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time, permanent Inside Sales Representative - Hollow Steel in Edmonton, AB to work for our client, a global industrial company selling pipe, tubes, flanges and fittings and are introducing a new product line in hollow steel. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. If you have a minimum of 2 years of direct-related experience in a similar setting selling hollow steel, this job is for you!

  • Responsibilities:

  • Respond to sales inquiries and help grow margins in your client base
  • Source and purchase related product as required
  • Complete data entry of sales orders, purchase orders and return product accurately
  • Follow up on dormant accounts to generate new business opportunities
  • Follow up on customer deliverables while developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue generation and growth
  • Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education is ideal
  • Minimum 2-4 years of direct-related experience ideally in a similar setting selling hollow steel
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain relationships and help to build a new book of business
  • Strong data entry/computer skills using Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, well-organized with a high level of initiative
  • Team player who is career minded and customer focused
