Adecco is currently looking for full time inside sales representatives in the lower mainland. To qualify for this sales role, you must be self-motivated and eager to learn and grow, and you need a passion for sales. While previous sales experience is an asset, it is not mandatory for this position. Our client has done an excellent job of cultivating an energetic, positive, professional environment, and they are looking to expand their presence at their showrooms in almost every city in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. They are looking for superstar candidates to contribute and build upon the excellent company culture they already have. In addition to an extensive 4-6 month training period with a competitive base salary, they offer and encourage opportunities to grow into management positions and/or outside sales positions. During the training period, our client will offer a guaranteed 21,000.00$ during the first six months, until a more rewarding commission structure becomes the basis of the salary.

           

 

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

 

-Assist customers in the showroom, over the phone and online

-Conduct various product demonstrations

-Follow structured guidelines for generating new leads and following up on them

-Assist clients with all forms of accepted transactions

-Attend sales meetings, product information training sessions and other seminars

-Assist with other duties around the showroom as required

 

 

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

 

-Well developed negotiating skills

-Previous experience in retail, cold sales or outsides sales is an asset

-Ability to create relationships with all types of clientele

-Desire to constantly be learning new skills and product information

-Strong computer skills with an emphasis on learning new systems are an asset

-Excellent oral communication skills, both on the phone and in person

-Ability to assess client needs and help educate them

-Capacity to operate in a professional manner

-Flexibility to adapt and succeed in a growing in and ever-changing market

-Fluency in English is required; fluency in other languages is a strong asset
