Adecco is hiring for a Inside Sales Representatives in London, ON.  The Sales Representatives will work with major customers, will act as liaison and will be responsible for full cycle customer service from inquiries, quoting, bills of material to delivery. Must have 3 years of customer service experience with Inside Sales experience. Monday- Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 

Inside Sales Representative Duties:
• Addressing all customer inquiries, concerns and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create formal quote, collect pricing, calculate sell price, advise delivery etc.
• Review Customer Orders 
• Conducts Contract Administration Requests including adds, deletes, and changes
• Creating Product Order Forms for new products 
• Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, research of customer requirements 
• Other various duties as assigned

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience with Inside Sales experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Very proficient computer skills in Word and Excel – with experience in pivot tables and basic formulas as asset
•  Must have a vehicle
