Adecco is recruiting for an Insurance Operations Administrator in Regina, SK for our client within the insurance industry. We are looking for an outgoing and friendly individual with 2-3 years work experience in reception and/or administration.

Start Date: May 1, 2019
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Pay rate: $22.82/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5

Insurance Operations Administrator Job Duties (but not limited to)
•Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of invoices, finance requests, premium and adjustment calculations, claims histories etc.
•Production/processing of complex and confidential documentation
•Provide coaching and support to Operations team Executives on all documentation and report preparation
•Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
•Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
•Cover the front desk and provide general office admin support as needed

Insurance Operations Administrator Job Requirements
•2-3 years previous reception or administration experience
•Ability to interface with colleagues at all levels within the organization
•Excellent organization skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
•Proficient in Microsoft Office tools - Outlook, Word and Excel
•Insurance market, clients and claims management skills related to area of expertise
