Adecco is currently recruiting for an Intermediate Clerk from the 2nd of November to the 11th of December 2020, with possibility of extension. Our Client is located in Borden, ON – the work must be done on site. Eligible Candidates must have a Reliability clearance or be eligible to get one.

8am – 4 pm and a mask must be worn at all times (gloves as necessary).

The Intermediate Clerk will have the following responsibilities:

  • Filing/cataloguing/sorting of documents;
  • Photocopying/shredding documents as required;
  • Be able to place files on shelves and in boxes/drawers;
  • Work in an open office environment;
  • Wearing of PPE (mask at all times, gloves as necessary);
  • Other administrative tasks as directed.
  •  The Intermediate Clerk must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • 3+ year demonstrated experience in a comparable role;
  • Competent ability in using alpha/numeric filing system;
  • Sound reasoning skills;
  • Able to follow direction;
  • Able to use office equipment ie. photocopies/shredder.
