Adecco is currently hiring for an Intermediate Contracts Administrator in Ottawa West. This individual will be working closely with team members to support the pre-contractual phase of contract management as well as supporting the submission of bids and proposals by advising contract conditions and risk identification.

Intermediate Contracts Administrator Responsibilities:
Assist with negotiations with customers with respect to commercially advantageous terms and conditions, prices and payment plans and advise accordingly.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and be a point of contact for customers for both day-to-day and in-depth concerns.
Development and implementation of contractual policies and procedures
Holding and/or working towards a Professional Business, Procurement or Contracting designation would be considered an asset
Business acumen skills to provide superior customer service and providing support to business decision making
Intermediate Contracts Administrator Requirements and Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in Business Commerce, Law or other related field.
Experience in a Commercial Services/Contracts or similar role with at least 3 to 5 years of experience with exposure to the development and implementation of commercial and or contractual policies and procedures
Hands-on experience with MS Office applications with excellent written and oral communications; comfortable with conducting presentations
Interpersonal and team effectiveness skills, ability to work independently
Strong analytical and research abilities, detail oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Professional business acumen skills to provide customer service to client groups with the ability to resolve commercial and business related issues
Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with effective time management and organization skills; knows when to ask for help.
Intermediate Contracts Administrator Ideal Experience in the following:
Certified procurement or contracting designation (PMAC, NCMA, CCCM) would be considered an asset.
Experience with a CRM, Oracle or related system would be an asset.
To be qualified or considered for the Intermediate Contracts Administrator, the ideal candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and a positive Controlled Goods Assessment. Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
