Adecco is currently hiring an Intermediate Coordinator to work on site for our client located in Toronto, ON. To be Qualify for the Intermediate Coordinator you must have Superb organization skills and the ability to multi-task and work under time pressures. You must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you must be proficient with Outlook, Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Our client is a large, reliable, and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6 months full time contract, paying $25.72 /hr

Intermediate Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing complex transfer requests to ensure that all assets being received are processed within set SLA standards.
  • Initiate the process of transfers on IBM/OSS, ensuring accurate execution of instructions from transfer documents to electronic messaging.
  • Email or call relinquishing institutions up to 60 times per day to investigate transfer status.
  • Review rejected transfers and re-submit them in good order.
  • Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for internal and external requirements.
  • Intermediate Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education required with 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of IBM-OSS & AS400 CDS/ARROW and FUNDSERV would be an asset.
  • Self-starter requiring limited supervision that acts as a resource to colleagues within the organization.
