We are currently recruiting for experienced  Intermediate CRM Project Manager for our client in Ottawa, ON. For a 2.5-year contract with strong possibility  of extension. The IM/IT Project Managers to plan, lead and deliver exciting IT projects critical to the organization’s technology road-map. The ideal candidate will adhere to formal PMI methodologies both in documentation and delivery life-cycle utilized by the Project Management Office, by planning, executing, monitoring and reporting projects from initiation through to completion.

The Intermediate CRM Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value and provide recommendations on way forward.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and determine and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using applicable tools and tracks, analyze and manage project risks, issues, milestones and deliverables.

The  Intermediate CRM Manager must meet the following technical/ interpersonal skills:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or a college diploma or a demonstrated equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Project Management Certification
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in project management
  • Strong background managing IT projects (infrastructure, web solutions, complex integrations)
  • Strong delivery skills including use of Agile, Waterfall techniques / approaches
  • Solid leadership skills – ability to lead and direct matrix resources
  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Collaborative; must be able to communicate and interact with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive consensus across various functions
  • Implementation of CRM, consider a strong asset
  • Implementation of Cloud/SaaS solutions, an asset
  • Implementation of MS Dynamics 365, an asset
  • Implementation of financial systems, an asset
  • Implementation of insurance systems, an asset
  • Implementation of retail systems / point of sale systems, consider a strong asset
