Adecco is currently recruiting for a Level Artist for a 12-Month contract with our Client in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate has experience working in Large-scale multiplayer level design.

The Level Artist will have the following responsibilities: 
•Assist with the design features and multiplayer design structure; 
•Placing, replacing and assembling art assets into level design;
•Working in tandem with the art director and art team to produce results;
•Collaborate with level designers to ensure the level is playable and performant
•Engage with the full design team to resolve any conflicts between art and gameplay priorities;
•Tune materials and lighting where appropriate;
•Optimize content to achieve performance profiles and collaborating with technical artists.
The Level Artist must meet the following mandatory requirements:
•Hold an undergraduate degree in graphic design, art, or a related field;
•2-4 years of working in environment art design, specifically on level-based titles; 
•2+ years of experience working with Unreal 4/Unity/Frostbite;
•2+ years of experience with Maya, Z-brush and Photoshop;
•Experience working with level creation teams to create cohesive environments;
•Samples of level design from previous experiences for reviewed.
