Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary to permanent, full-time Inventory Analyst in Toronto, ON to work for our client, a multinational and well-established company majoring in consumer goods. This position is currently remote but will transition to a hybrid model in January 2022.

  • Salary: $22-24/hour
  • Location: Toronto, ON
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8 AM- 5 PM
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary to permanent opportunity
  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Run and maintain the Canadian non-productive inventory cycle master report
  • Support and enable sales and loss prevention by delivering executional excellence in key supply chain work processes
  • Work closely with teams to sell and ship non-productive inventory
  • Partner with non-productive inventory leader to document sales decisions, maintain remnant market list and secondary market list
  • Act as a point of contact to manage purchase orders for non-productive inventory customers-partner with the customer team, US Global Asset Recovery Team, Supply Team and Order
  • Management team to ensure order ships with excellence

  • Oversee pricing management; update prices to match remnant market deployment requests and partner with US team to deploy inventory into Canadian warehouse
  • Manage inventory allocation to match customer orders
  • Partner with Canadian Donation Sales Leader to source Donation PO’s
  • Partner with Canadian ship site planners to ensure orders are planned and shipped
  • Update donation tracker to indicate completion
  • Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role/environment is desirable
  • Must have strong excel skills and be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAP knowledge and prior experience using SAP would be an asset
  • Comfortable with being the user of Digitization dashboards (power BI /Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and must be goal oriented
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home with a strong internet connection
