Adecco is currently hiring an Inventory Quality Control Inspector for a 1-year contract role at our Ottawa, ON client’s medical manufacturing facility. In this role, your main function would inspecting incoming parts using current documents where training and/or signoff has occurred. To qualify for this role, you must have successfully graduated from high school and be able to pass a criminal background check.

IQC Inspector Requirements:

  • Attention to detail
  • 50% time doing detailed inspections at a desk, 50% of time pulling parts (boxes on average 12 pounds) 
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work with detailed procedures and be able to write a paragraph to explain if the inspection fails
  • Ability to train effectively and efficiently
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Experience in production type environment is an asset
  • This positions requires a 12-hour rotating schedule 4 days on/4 days off, willingness to work overtime and work through statutory holidays.
