Adecco is currently looking for an Invoice Clerk to work with one of our clients in Vancouver. We are seeking candidates with previous invoicing or billing experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have great systems experience, be detail oriented and great with numbers. This is a two month contract position.

 

Invoice Clerk responsibilities:

 

  • Reviewing the inbound POs
  • Reaching out to vendors for invoices
  • Following with vendors on goods to be shipped
  • Receive the weekly merchandise prepayment invoice from vendors and tracking them on an Excel tracker
  • Review backup information and identify Purchase orders to be paid
  • Match the backup provided to the POs and make adjustments to the PO to match prepayment amount/qty
  • Make adjustment to purchase orders
  • Reconcile the full prepayment amounts to the POs at the end of each payment cycle.
  • Confirming terms on all open/unshipped POs, making updates in system
  • Completing template to update any change to terms
  • Confirming credit limits for go forward business

    Invoice Clerk qualifications:

     

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient systems knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365 would be an asset but is not required
  •
