Adecco is currently hiring IT Customer Service Representatives in Fredericton, NB for a 6 month contract. To qualify for these IT Customer Service Representative roles, you must have at least 1 year exceptional customer service experience (through multiple channels - phone, email, chat). The successful candidate will work from home until the office reopens and the pay rate for this role is $16.25/hour.
IT Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Sense of achievement providing excellent customer service in an inbound customer contact environment
• Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices
• Demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements
• Handling client's needs with exceptional care and attention
• Extensive post training coaching and support for up to 3 months
IT Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in: Customer Service Delivery/Customer Contact Services
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Technical troubleshooting experience preferably with Mac / Apple
• G Suite knowledge
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to be adaptive/flexible in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to details
• Organized and motivated
• Tech Savvy
• Able to Multi-task
• Experience in a call center environment a plus
