IT Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring for IT Customer Service Representative. To be considered for this role you must have a previous Technical troubleshooting experience.

Our client is a major Canadian Organization and within this role, you will be responsible for providing Customer Care solutions according to the Service Level Agreements and the Company quality and quantitative standards, by ensuring that the complex of Customer care needs are resolved in a timely fashion. This is a 6 months remote contract position, with the possibility of an extension and has a pay rate of $17/hr.

IT Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Sense of achievement providing excellent customer service and technical support in an inbound customer contact environment
• Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices    demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements
• Extensive post training coaching and support for up to 3 months
 

Call Centre Representative Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in: Customer Service Delivery/Customer Contact Services
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Ideal skills
  • Technical troubleshooting experience preferably with Mac / Apple
  • G Suite knowledge
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Exceptional customer service experience (Through multiple channels, phone, email, chat)
