Adecco is currently recruiting to a full time permanent  IT Help Desk Tier I - Bilingual job in Edmonton, AB.  The IT Help Desk Tier I - Bilingual will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients related to computer systems, hardware or software in a timely and professional manner.

IT Help Desk Tier I - Bilingual Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
  • Responsible to respond to client inquiries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions.
  • Install, modify and repair computer hardware & software.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve computer problems.
  • Resolve technical problems with WAN & LAN issues
  • Follow-up with clients to assure issue resolution
  • Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary training in Network Administration or Computer Systems Administration, or at least 1 year experience in a technical support/troubleshooting capacity.
  • Must be fully fluent in English and French – both written and verbally
  • Proficient in Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 & 10, MS Office Suite (2003 & Newer) and Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2, 2012
