IT Support - Part Time

Adecco is currently recruiting for an IT Support - Part Time. This is a 4-week Contract, with possibility of extension, to work with our Private Client located in Gatineau, QC. You will be working Remote until called back on-site.

  • Monday to Friday from 10am – 2 pm, 20 hours a week in total
  • Must be available to start ASAP
  • The IT Support will have the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, monitor and inventory all IT equipment;
  • Set-up, assign and log laptops along with user and email accounts and all necessary network drives;
  • Set-up, assign and log cell phones;
  • Liaise with Matrix on Client accounts (network & email);
  • Assess and coordinate all AV requirements;
  • Troubleshoot and assist with computer technical problems;
  • Load software and/or printer access when required;
  • Move equipment, boxes, office materials as needed;
  • Other Responsibilities as assigned.
  • The IT Support must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Post-secondary level education, preferably a diploma in IT support;
  • Full comprehension, knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in installing and configure computers, printers, scanners, smartphones, etc.; 
  • Experience in providing end user support and troubleshooting mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers, IT software and hardware, and network issues;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset;
