Adecco is currently hiring for a Permanent full time, Janitorial Manager in Regina, SK.   To be considered for this Account Manager role, you must have previous supervisory experience, excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.  Our client is a leader in providing retail and commercial cleaning solutions.

Janitorial Manager Responsibilities:

•           Responsible for planning, directing and organizing all operational activity

•           Evaluate and test new equipment

•           Create and evaluate new processes and procedures

•           Develop and maintain preventative maintenance methods

•           Assist Area Manager with new account set ups

•           Ensure performance and services are being met and company compliance is fulfilled                               

Janitorial Manager Qualifications:

•           Must have a reliable vehicle, valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract

•           At least 3 years of management/leadership experience with direct reports

•           Subject matter expert in commercial cleaning, including not limited to trash removal, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, window washing, buffing floors, stripping and waxing floors, stone care, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning.

•           Able to delegate, motivate staff and resolve employee issues

•           Must be able to work under pressure and have a high sense of urgency

•           Must have intermediate computer skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
