Adecco is currently hiring for a Jnr. Access Representative to work remotely for one of our clients located in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Jnr. Access Representative role, you must have excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to use multiple software tools to seek solutions in a fast- paced environment.
Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 3 month contract full time position, paying $17.30/hr with the possibility of extension.
Jnr. Access Representative Main Responsibilities:
Prepare schedules/reports for applications and databases
Ensure all access is standardized and compliant
Ability to manage a high-volume email inbox
Adhere to established regulations, policies and guidelines in completing daily activities and audits
Jnr. Access Representative Main Requirements:
Completion of High School
Minimum 1-year related experience in retail financial services preferred
Must have knowledge of Access Database/ Access Provisioning
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access
Bilingual French/English an asset
Solid time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional customer service and high level of accuracy
A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
