Adecco is actively seeking a Experienced Industrial Painter on behalf of our client in Halifax, ON. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $35 per hour. Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the work site remains clean, organized, and free of debris, which includes removing waste, sweeping, and preparing the site for the next phase of construction.

• Conducting basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure everything is functioning properly and safely.

• Operating various hand tools to assist with the movement of materials and basic construction tasks.

• Supporting your team members, including moving materials and assisting skilled tradespeople.

• Adhering to site safety protocols and ensuring the work environment is safe for all employees.

• Assisting with the transportation of building materials and supplies around the construction site.

Requirements:

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

• Have at least 5-10 years of residency in Canada for security clearance purposes.

• Are local to Halifax, ON.

• Red Paint Removal Experience

• Fire Watch Experience

• Grinder Experience

• Possess experience working on construction sites or in similar industries, with an understanding of cleaning procedures and maintenance of tools and equipment.

• Demonstrate strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour tasks in all weather conditions.

• Maintain a high commitment to safety and follow safety protocols at all times.

• Have a team-oriented attitude and are willing to assist colleagues with various tasks.
