Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Instructor for our client, a globally renowned company that specializes in machinery, technology and services located in Regina, SK. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training to channel partners, company employees, and customers as well as constructing and maintaining training aids and equipment. Job responsibilities include:

Delivering training to channel partners, company employees, and customers
Taking the lead role in the delivery of training and mentors less-experienced instructors
Travelling to deliver training to fulfill audience requirements
Taking the lead role to develop & adapt content and training materials and activities for classes - marketing, technical, management, sales, etc)
Managing and negotiating outside vendor training and remote locations in response to training audience requirements as well as mentoring others
Researching training topics to increase subject matter expertise specific to product, machine systems, professional skills, and product applications
Distributing and sharing training information with appropriate channel partners, Company personnel, and customers
Constructing and maintaining training aids and equipment, classroom exercises, simulations, and practice exercises
Documenting training curriculum for Instructor Guide, maintaining and updating the Instructor Guide
Ensuring the integrity of documentation as well as the validity to current product, training delivery processes, and organizational needs
Evaluating the effectiveness of the course meeting its objectives during delivery and from evaluations
Making appropriate changes to course materials and delivery
Utilizing knowledge of training to promote training products, training systems, and training materials
Overseeing classroom/training event administration (acquiring roster, taking enrollment, completing exit evaluations) and communicating results to appropriate personnel or system.
Loading/unloading equipment shipments from trucks; including flatbed trailers and box trailers.
To qualify, you should:

2+ years degree in a related field - Ag background is required
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions
Must have MS Office Suite experience (i.e Powerpoint, Word)
Must have knowledge of Learning and Development process including areas such as instructional skills, presentation skills, needs assessments, adult learning theory, curriculum development and other such related knowledge and skills
Must have understanding of activities, their sequence and measurement, and the ability to facilitate implementation of process and participate in process - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge
Ability to performs complex functions, understands principles and be able to teach others
Must have effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style
Must have a valid Driver's License - may be required to operate turf, utility, agriculture and construction equipment
Must be willing to be trained in the company’s internal management system
Recent graduates with Ag degrees and technicians from dealerships - asset
