·         Utilize CAM software to program lathes, milling machines, and multi-tasking machining centers.

·         Develop setup sheets, SOPs, and work instructions for CNC operators.

·         Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to design work-holding fixtures.

·         Ensure parts meet specifications and dimensions within tolerances.

·         Actively participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.


·         Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

·         Journeyperson Machinist trade certificate or equivalent international accreditation.

·         10+ years of CNC programming experience.

·         Minimum 3 years' experience with GibbsCAM software.

·         Proficiency in Fanuc type macro variables and conditional macro logic.

·         Extensive experience with alloy and carbon steel parts machining.

·         Previous experience with in-process inspection and tool life management.

·         Reliable transportation and availability for 10-hour shifts.
