Adecco is currently hiring for a Junior Administrative Assistant (English & French) in Downtown, Toronto. Our client is one of Canada's leading professional services firms, provides audit, tax, enterprise risk, consulting, and financial advisory services. This is a two months contract and has a pay rate of  $18.00-20.00/hour.

Junior Administrative Assistant (English & French) Responsibilities:
•    Meet the various internal needs of the firm for case management software and core services function supporting immigration
•    Organize, scan, review and upload documents on shared network and case management software
•    Manage caseload to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within SLA
•    Process billing and invoices
•    Review a variety of documents, maintain up-to-date information in case management software
Junior Administrative Assistant (English & French) Requirements:
•    College Diploma or equivalent
•    Fluent in French and English
•    Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•    Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Outlook
•    Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and proven the ability to work in a team effectively
•    Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency
•    Discrete, available, autonomous and self-starter
