Responsibilities for the JuniorvAdministrative Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:

Providing administrative support to team members, management, an occasionally high level staff
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars using Microsoft Outlook and other in-house systems
Maintaining and updating the filing system as needed and performing general clerical duties
Scheduling travel arrangements, booking event spaces, and other special projects
Assisting and providing support to senior administrative staff with their day-to-day
Providing technical support, handling inquires, and maintaining office supplies as requested
Occasionally covering reception duties for scheduled breaks and absences

Mandatory qualifications for the Junior Administrative Assistant job openings in Toronto, ON may include:

1+ years’ of administrative support experience OR equivalent office experience with a strong desire to step into a role
