Adecco is currently hiring for a Junior Coordinator to work from home for our client located in Toronto, ON. To qualify for the Junior Coordinator position, you must have exceptional communication skills both written and oral, have strong knowledge of systems such as IBM and NBIN Intranet, strong time management skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is a large, reliable, and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 12 months full time contract, with possibility of extension paying $ 25.35/hour.

Junior Coordinator Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely completion of assigned tasks within S.L.A. and follow up to ensure any outstanding items are processed
  • Review and approve administrative items such as De-registrations, Bank Transfers, Foreign Exchanges and Internal Account Transfers
  • Provide process improvement recommendations that will enhance the overall business relationship with clients
  • Provide support to the Team Managers and Service Coordinators within Service Delivery team
  • Junior Coordinator Role Main Requirements:

  • University degree with a minimum of two years in a brokerage/service role
  • Completion of the CSC and CPH is preferred
  • Possess knowledge of the structure, procedures and systems utilized within NBIN and Support Areas
  • Complete familiarity with PC based programs such as MS Word and MS Excel
  • Superior level of customer service
