Adecco is currently hiring for a Junior Inside Sales Executive in Concord, ON. To be considered for this Junior Inside Sales Executive position the successful candidate needs to have at least 1 year of Inside Sales experience. Our client is a leader in the construction industry in North America, and the Junior Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for sales support, sourcing new business and managing existing business.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $45,000 - $50,000, with the opportunity to earn commission on top.

Junior Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Strong stakeholder management skills by ascertaining prospect / client’s needs, addressing all issues and the ability to identify and pursue suitable targets.
In addition to hunting prospects, ability to identify and consult with prospects and existing clients, the products/services that would best suit their needs.
Ability to analyse feedback, ascertain their needs and negotiate will be needed for this to be achieved.
Work closely with Inside Sales Executive and Outside Sales Rep to develop new accounts.
Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms. At times, will be responsible organizing client payments.
May be expected to attend external events to promote our client’s products/services. These may take place outside normal working hours.
Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
Review and complete appropriate paperwork after job has been completed.

Junior Inside Sales Executive Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience – preferably in the construction industry.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close.
High energy, hunter personality, with experience developing business through cold calling, in person, email and other forms of networking / engaging with senior personnel.
Weekly reporting to senior management.
Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal.
Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills.
Highly proficient computer skills including working with CRM Systems.
Effective communication skills and proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships.
