Adecco is currently hiring a Junior Project Assistant position in our London office. The ideal candidate is someone who can provide outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast paced,fun, team-oriented environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs is a must and the candidate will be required to work alternate hours and/or rotational shifts.

The successful candidate can multitask and enjoys a deadline driven environment, has a passion for exceeding customer expectations and can handle a variety of computer applications and systems.

In this job you will be responsible for the following, among other duties:

-Provides high level customer service support to internal and external stakeholders

-Manage associate’s requests and queries while ensuring timely resolution

-Coordinate complex travel arrangements for designated associates including booking hotels and purchasing airline tickets,etc.

-Track/ Reconcile purchases and ensure receipts are obtained

-Updates and tracks data in Microsoft Excel, including hotel bookings

-Photocopy and scan various documents as required

-Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

-Successful completion of High School. Post-secondary education preferred.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Accuracy and attention to detail in processing data

-Able to work in a fast-paced work environment

-Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team

-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (French/English) is an asset.

-Superior organizational skills while meeting client needs consistently.

-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks

-Works with a sense of urgency with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

-Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance

Pay Rate: $14.00 to $15.50 per hour

Work Hours: Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.  Will be required to work alternate hours, rotational shifts 

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of an extension supporting other duties

Start Date: ASAP
