Adecco is currently hiring for a Key Account Director in downtown Toronto. To be considered for this Key Account Director position the successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in a client facing or account management role, with IT professional services or management consulting firms.

As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing an existing portfolio of business in the Banking and Capital Markets industry for a global multinational, offering professional IT services and management consulting.

Our client is offering a competitive compensation package circa $200,000, plus a 20% performance related bonus.

Key Account Director Responsibilities:

Strategic point of contact for the existing portfolio of business.
Experience selling or solutioning transformation deals in the Banking and Capital Markets world.
Contribute to client’s business growth by identifying solutions and new opportunities.
Experience with the global service delivery model, and with emerging technologies Agile, devOps, BigData, Cloud, AI/ML, etc.
Understanding and thought leadership in technology, services and business trends, along with their direct and indirect impacts on all parties concerned.
A solid relationship manager, capable of engaging C-Level personnel.
A strong performance track record of managing multi-million-dollar portfolios - ranging from sales, new sales, programs and renewals, along with reporting and metric assessment for the account.
Experience leading teams and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment.
Must be able to navigate a large organization, work in a multi-dimensional matrix and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence.

Key Account Director Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.
High energy, farmer personality, with experience developing existing accounts.
Strong knowledge of solution selling within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, in the Banking and Capital Market sector.
Excellent problem solving, communication, leadership and client management skills.
Ability to persuade and influence C-level executives and senior business & technology leaders.
Should be able to conceptualize, analyze, create blueprint for business transformations.
