Adecco is hiring a LEAN Project Coordinator to work a 1-year contract for our client, a reputable oil company in Regina, SK. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support while actively participating in Lean and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. To qualify for this role, you must have experience with IASSC Lean Sigma, currently reside in Regina, SK, and be available for a 1-year term.

Duties and Responsibilities:
General administrative duties to support the CRC Maintenance General Foremen and Trades Supervisors as required
Backfill for the current admin assist
Assist with the fluctuating workload for admin work
Provide interim admin support until technological solutions are fully vetted and deployed.
Lead process review and improvement initiatives to analyze and improve the organization’s business processes/workflow and develop solutions and business opportunities.
Assist maintenance teams in scoping improvement projects related to maintenance activities.
Lead / Facilitate improvement projects using proven methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma, Problem-solving approach, Prosci / Adkar, etc.)
Track project activities and metrics
Present accomplishments on project progress and deliverables
Educate concerned stakeholders on new process initiatives and ensure feedback mechanism to monitor and review results
Develop improved data collection and analysis using web-based cloud-based applications such as Power Apps, Power List, Sharepoint, etc.
Includes incorporation of automation tasks to reduce overall administrative burden
Integrating databases across platforms to reduce the administrative burden associated with report creation.
Creating Power BI dashboard reports for stakeholders to summarize database reports and other manual reports from other Departments.
Liaise with all stakeholders and technology owners involved in the report being developed.
Dissect currently available data sources to understand the meaning behind the data.
Understanding the consumption of data to make decisions
Develop the dashboard elements and the interactive elements for filtering and isolating specific datasets
Requirements and Qualifications:
Lean Certification is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
