Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administration support for LMS requirements
Provide PPT development for stewardship reporting
Review invoices for accuracy – supplier oversight
Provide an administration for courses and track their completions
Oversee process development by capturing processes using the company’s approved software
Apply adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their learning & development
Provide HR Leader program oversight, 30 - 40 scheduled session per year
Drive a culture of continuous professional development
Steward a coaching culture in the organization for HR Learning Services
Support how effectively learning is being transferred to employees and the various modalities for learning delivery
Support the Citizen Producer strategy
Demonstrate an alignment for HR Learning Intake process and assignment
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience with LMS administration and HR Learning is a must
Knowledgeable in adult learning principles and leadership development
Competent in the use of Adobe Cloud suite
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Must have a strong knowledge of project management
Proven strong internal & external networks/relationships is required
Should have a demonstrated change management fluency
Must have a strong awareness level of continuous improvement
Able to influence and work horizontally across the organization
Strong people management and human relations skills are crucial for success in the role
Should have a willingness to seek and understand, combined with effective communication skills
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
