Insurance Advisor
Our client is a leading innovator in the life insurance industry. We are currently seeking two (2) Sales Agents to join their busy and thriving sales team. In order to be considered for this role, you must possess an LLQP licence in good standing, and have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role. This role is located in North York, ON.
Insurance Advisor





Inbound/Outbound insurance sales to qualified/warm leads;
Upselling/cross-selling related financial products;
Reply to requests from online, telephone, and multiple media channels;
Managing and achieving targeted sales goals;
Updating records on current and prospective clients;
Communicate between multiple departments on achieving long-term sales goals;








Qualifications:

LLQP Licenced
An individual with 1-3 years’ sales experience selling to clients over the phone;
A life insurance license with a record of good standing;
Proficient in MS Office and CRM programs and customer databases;
Analytical skills; agents must evaluate the characteristics of each client to determine the appropriate insurance policy.
Exceptional Communication skills; agents must be able to communicate effectively with customers by listening to their requests and suggesting suitable policies.
Initiative; agents need to actively seek out new customers to maintain a flow of commissions.
Self-confidence; agents should be confident when making “cold” calls (calls to prospective customers who have not been contacted before). They must speak clearly and persuasively and maintain their composure if rejected.
