Logistics Claims Coordinator job opening in Woodbridge, ON

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Logistics Claims Coordinator to work for our client in Woodbridge, ON. As the Logistics Claims Coordinator will play an integral role while being a part of a busy, dynamic team. You will support the distribution and logistics team with the management of claims and related functions. You will bring with you some related experience in transportation, shipping/receiving, import/export, or related with strong communication and technical skills.

 

  • Pay rate: $23-24/hr

  • Location: Woodbridge, ON

  • Shifts: 8am- 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time – 12 weeks with potential to extend or more!

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external clients to provide status update

  • Research and investigate to uncover root cause of related concerns

  • Ensure superior customer service with all relevant parties; this included internal and external parties

  • Update process documentation and help streamline opportunities

  • Be transparent in all communications and keep on top of claims as they are uncovered

  • Administration and processing of claims in a broad scale

  • Provide follow up and ensure all parties are clearly communicated with

  • Other administrative duties as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and some ERP exposure

  • Ideally 2 plus years’ working experience in a related capacity in the transportation, distribution, supply chain and/or logistics arena

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
