We are currently looking for a Lottery Home Assistant in the London region! This opportunity is a Part-time contract offering $18/hour. If you have a vehicle, are passionate about Customer Service and are interested in being part of a great cause, this position is for you! Here are the details:
Title: Lottery Home Assistant

Pay Rate: $18/hour
Job Type: Part-time, Temporary – This position will run from April to June 2023
The Lottery Home Assistant plays a key role in providing support to the Dream Lottery Homes.
Responsible for the daily operations of the lottery homes, such as opening/closing and ensuring the lottery home remains tidy.
Responding to any concerns addressed by neighbours and visitors.
Selling lottery tickets
Ensuring Point of Sale (POS) machines are operational, and transactions are processed correctly
Balancing orders on a daily basis
Responsible for record keeping, such as incident reporting, in the case that an accident occurs. This can include falls, missing items, or broken decorative items in the house.
Working with commissionaires to ensure the neighbourhood parking is controlled (only applicable when using services)
Understanding the lottery program and sharing this information with the general public
Other duties as assigned (i.e. set of/clean-up of the Dream Home(s), designated community events)
Minimum of Grade 12 education
Must have a vehicle, as you will be working between two locations
Experience handling cash and record keeping
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service
Detail oriented and proficient
Able to work under pressure
Comfortable with technology such as tablet, computer, and printer
