Adecco is currently hiring for a 10 month contract position as a Machine Shop Coordinator in Ajax. To qualify for this Machine Shop Coordinator roll, you must have a College Diploma /University Degree

Machine Shop Coordinator Responsibilities:

 

• Coordinates priorities (with input from shop floor planners) with Engineering on Rework, NCR and PAR related activities
• Coordinates unplanned activities (i.e. supplier rework, COS, R&O, etc.) including raising rework travelers, splits, liaising with Manufacturing Engineers to support other functions in the company to maintain site OTD requirements
 •
Ensure parts in RII are highlighted to Procurement/ODC & follow-up with Procurement  ODC on parts requirements

Coordinate final/source inspection with customer and or regulatory body
 

                                     

 

Machine Shop Coordinator Qualifications:

 

College Diploma /University Degree

Proficient computer skills

Previous experience with MRP II / SAP software an asset

Basic understanding of Engineering drawings

Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

Microsoft Office software – advanced Excel Skills
