Adecco is currently recruiting for a Mail Administrator in Waterloo, ON. In order to qualify for this position you must have 0-5 years experience working with financial or insurance related services. Our client is a large and reputable organization operating under the financial industry. This is a 3-month contract with a pay rate of  $14.00/hr. 

Mail Administrator Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the effective operation of the main mail distribution centers for head office
*Sort checks, keep payroll records, take inventory, and distribute mail
*Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaint
*Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
*Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems

Mail Administrator Qualifications:
*Microsoft Proficient: MS Word, and Excel
*Reliable, punctual and work well with others
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Strong overall knowledge of business units, line areas, and their products
*Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job. (Some heavy lifting is required up to 40lbs)
