Adecco is currently hiring for a Mail Administrator in Toronto/Waterloo, ON. This position is responsible for the effective operation of the main mail distribution centres for head office and main locations located across Canada. They will ensure service standards are met or exceeded.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This Mail Administrator role is a 3 months contract and has a pay rate of $14.00 per hour.

Mail Administrator Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage change
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent PC skills, both in speed and accuracy
• Strong overall knowledge of business units, line areas, and their products
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
• Some heavy lifting is required up to 40lbs

Mail Administrator Qualifications:
• Able to handle the physical requirements (a lot of walking/standing/lifting) 
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Outlook 
• Punctual/Reliable (will complete contract) 
• Works well with others
